Not a great day so far for the home crowd, but the men's teams will now take on each other. Matt Roller's coverage will be running here. Goodbye from here.

Marizanne Kapp, POTM: We were praying for that win. Not been going for us this season, this win means a lot. When Devine teed off, I thought we were short. But I think we have been short on partnerships while batting today, but ensured we stitched it today. I prefer taking the new ball. Was tired after the batting but that's part of the job. Was nervous when Sophie got going, credit to her for how she came out. Credit to our youngsters who were outstanding. Losing Dane is a massive loss. It's happened in the last two seasons as well, but we've stood up and it shows how good our team is.

5:08pm: Oval keep Birmingham winless. They put up a decent score. Devine blasted off at the top, Flintoff handed over the reins to Devine early on but couldn't get going herself. The duo put on 68, 53 of which were scored by Devine. With the target over 140, Phoenix could ill-afford inexpensive sets. But that's what Bates manufactured first by getting MacDonald-Gay on and breaking the opening stand. Then Eva Gray bowled three brilliant sets to keep things quiet. Flintoff's struggles continued with Jones getting dismissed early. Scholfield got two wickets in her back-to-back sets close to the finish. Between balls 75 and 90, there was one six and no other boundaries to show for. It meant Phoenix had too much to do at the end. Scholfield defended 20 off the last five with ease. Invincibles, the two-time and defending champions, now climb up to No. 4 on the points table

W
Scholfield to Wong, OUT

Top edged to short third and Invincibles clinch it by 10 runs. Wong had gone across, got a length ball outside off, she tried to slap it away but ballooned it to Chathli

Issy Wong c Chathli b Scholfield 18 (9b 1x4 1x6 11m) SR: 200

No extras and Invincibles should be safe

99
2
Scholfield to Wong, 2 runs

That should be that. Wong tried to fetch the fully from wide outside off, toed it to the non-striker, deflects to the leg side. Just two

13 needed off 2

98
2
Scholfield to Wong, 2 runs

Short ball is belted but with limited timing. Gets it to long-off on the bounce. Throw is slow to the keeper, so they make two. Should've been a run out

Tense background music playing at the stadium

97
4
Scholfield to Wong, FOUR runs

Pumped down the ground, long-on runs across but it's too straight and fast. Wong's got the scissor-stance on - front foot outside leg and back foot outside off - and she has a smite. Crowd cheers

96
1
Scholfield to Kalis, 1 run

Makes room, tries to clobber it but the bowler followed her. No room to work with. Hit to deep midwicket

Two fours off the last two. Five more needed though. Scholfield it will be to defend 20.

R MacDonald-Gay to Kalis, FOUR runs

Goes way wide across, pulled from just outside the off-side tramline. Somehow helps it between short fine leg and backward square. Smale charges spiritedly but her chase ends in vain.

94
4
R MacDonald-Gay to Kalis, FOUR runs

Kalis breathes some life back into the game by scything the yorker outside off in the gap behind point. Squirts away for four

93
R MacDonald-Gay to Kalis, no run

Appeal for stumping, sent upstairs. That's a W anyway for Invincibles as Kalis was it will be a dot at worst. Back of length outside off, Kalis was late on it. Tried to dab it fine last second, missed it. She got the foot back in tie though. Was a slower one

28 off 8. Too much now, isn't it?

92
1
R MacDonald-Gay to Wong, 1 run

Can't rotate strike this time. Wide on a length, heaved away off the bottom to deep midwicket

91
1W
R MacDonald-Gay to Wong, 1 run, OUT

Jones sacrifices her wicket to keep Wong on strike. Wide ball was swiped to long-on. Wong had completed just over a quarter of a run but Jones had crossed over to ensure strike didn't change

Eve Jones run out (Scholfield/MacDonald-Gay) 2 (3b 0x4 0x6 7m) SR: 66.66

30 needed off 10. Invincibles definitely in front. Who'll bowl? Scholfield and MacDonald-Gay? They'll start with the latter. Short boundary on the RHB's leg side

Very full, whipped to long-on

Scholfield to Wong, SIX runs

Capsey tries to take a boundary catch, her foot touched the cushion late and it's six! Yeah, she took it and leant back but had stomped on the cushion as she did it. Full ball, Wong launched it with the straight bat

88
1
Scholfield to E Jones, 1 run

Tries to swipe across to get it over midwicket, plinks it to long-on. Fullish ball on off had cramped her for room. Crowd were egging the on to get two but it's not on.

87
1
Scholfield to Wong, 1 run

Slapped hard but can't get it past cover. Just a single

86
W
Scholfield to Flintoff, OUT

Great stumping from Winfield-Hill! Took it just behind the stumps and whipped the bails off quickly. Flintoff charged and tried to launch it down the ground, played down the wrong line. She tried to hit her way out but couldn't snap out of the struggle

Tess Flintoff st †Winfield-Hill b Scholfield 27 (33b 2x4 0x6 62m) SR: 81.81

Scholfield will get another

85
2
Scholfield to Flintoff, 2 runs

Drags it leg side, deep midwicket is quick to it but the running is better

84
Scholfield to Flintoff, no run

Flintoff gets on one knee and tries to drive it over cover, the fullish ball is too wide and beats the bat swing

83
1
Scholfield to E Jones, 1 run

Tucks the length ball from the top of the pad, to deep-backward square

82
Scholfield to E Jones, no run

Out of reach. Jones tries to carve the wide length ball over point, misses. Good take from Winfield-Hill

Jones in. She had a forgettable afternoon in the field. Can she make amends with bat?

81
W
Scholfield to Burns, OUT

Misses the ramp, hits top of middle. Burns pre-meditated by going across early, Burns went slow and into the pitch. Burns tried to launch it fine, with the bat scooping up from low to high, but the ball angled in and went on to hit the stumps.

Erin Burns b Scholfield 17 (13b 2x4 0x6 13m) SR: 130.76

Over two a ball needed now. Phoenix are swinging hard but aren't finding connection. Scholfield now.
