Melissa Reynard

(England, Yorks. & North Riding) Left arm swing bowler, right hand bat. Made her test debut against India in 1995. Captain of Yorkshire, who won the County Championships 2000 without losing a match. Named Vodafone All-rounder of the series playing for England against South Africa this summer; England won the series 3-2.

Learned to play with Knaresborough CC and was the only girl in the junior teams. Also plays tennis and hockey. Works for Yorkshire Water as a technical assistant. Born 14 March 1972.
