New South Wales left-arm paceman Nathan Bracken will not take part in the first match, due to family bereavement. Bracken will join the squad for the match in Canberra on Sunday (6 April). He will not be replaced.
Australia A plays six limited-over games and two three-day matches against South Africa A during April.
